Clinical Proteomics and Metabolomics center is dedicated to the application of cutting-edge proteomics and metabolomics technologies in the study of major human diseases. Our center focuses on the study of molecular characteristics, the underlying mechanism, and the molecular evolution of various major diseases by utilizing advanced mass spectrometry techniques, combined with clinical big data and bioinformatics analysis. We hope to provide comprehensive clinical and molecular data to help disease diagnosis and prognosis prediction, precise molecular classification, and more reasonable treatments. Our center aims to cultivate and establish a multi-omics research team and conducts in-depth collaboration with our clinical departments and research teams to carry out precision medicine research and promote common progress of clinical and basic research in our hospital. We believe that our research will assist directly towards better understanding of disease pathology and ultimately produce positive impact on public health.
